Short'n'sweet: I usually use Netflix' fast.com to measure my internet connection's quality.

Today I learned that macOS Monterey comes with a CLI tool to do exactly this, too.

$ networkQuality

Download capacity: 8.432 Mbps
Upload flows: 16
